Recipients: Cloudflare (operation of the website and sign-in service, database, statistics, machine translation of messages), Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent; Google Ireland Ltd., any transfer to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and Resend (sending sign-in codes, confirmations and replies by email). If you sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, that provider passes us your verified email. Both may process data outside the EU on the basis of standard contractual clauses; Cloudflare also under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Cookies: the website uses no advertising cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the consent bar; without consent the Google measurement code is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The sign-in service sets only a strictly necessary session cookie, and Cloudflare Turnstile form protection checks that forms are not submitted by a robot.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@eywo.cz; we reply within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
Data in the CentOps application (customer instances) is not covered by this policy. Its controller is the customer, and Eywo processes it under the data processing agreement.
